Prevent And Treat High Blood Pressure With This Meal

This meal is Baked Chicken with Prunes. This meal may sound bad, but it's loaded with everything you need to fight off colds, flu, constipation, Gout, high cholesterol, and so much more. Here'w what you will need:

1 lb. of skinless, boneless chicken / breast halves

16 pitted prunes

1/4 cup of red wine

1 tsp of minced fresh rosemary

1/4 tsp of salt

Freshly ground black pepper

1. Preheat your oven to 350*F. Coat a 12" x 8" baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange your chicken in the dish in single layers.

2. Combine the prunes, and the wine in a small microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high for about 1 minute, or until the wine boils. Pour this mixture over your chicken. Sprinkle with the Rosemary.

3. Bake this for about 30 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink in the center. You can test for doneness by inserting the tip of a sharp knife into the center of the chicken breast halfs. Sprinkle with salt, and season with pepper to taste.

4. Remove the chicken and place on 4 plates. Stir your pan juices to combine spices, and spoon this over the chicken.
